BMT - FUNDAMENTALS
Everyone must start here. Class are led by Josh, Ned, and Will. Learn the basics of the system and get a great workout in the mean time. You must attend at least 10 fundamentals before moving to the intermediate/advanced classes. Try a class for free. You will need gloves and shin guards for class, we have some you can borrow for your trial class but we suggest getting your own. We also sell all the gear you might need here at the gym.
FUNDAMENTALS SCHEDULE:
Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:30pm with Ned and Will
Wednesday @ 4:30pm with Quay
Wednesday @ 5:30pm with Ned and Will
BMT - INTERMEDIATE/ADV.
Must attend at least 10 fundamentals before coming into the intermediate. If your schedule does not allow you to make the fundamental class times contact us and we can try to work something out with you.
